Hearst Elementary School
Hearst enrollment is only open to families who reside within the Hearst boundary area.
Requirements to Enroll Children:

**For specific information on UTK at Hearst, please contact the Early Childhood Department at the district.
- Must be 5 years old, on or before Sept. 1, 2026 to enroll Kindergarten
- Must supply Birth Certificate
- Must supply Proof of Residence
- MUST have Up-to-Date Immunization Record
5 DTaP (4 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday)
4 Polio (3 doses meet requirement if at least one was given on or after the 4th birthday)
3 Hep B
2 MMR (both doses on or after 1st birthday)
2 Varicella
PLEASE NOTE THAT ENROLLMENT WILL NOT BE COMPLETE WITHOUT ALL OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS.
